The order and the timing are everything. Skip a step or seal at the wrong time, and the finish fails. Here is how we make it last.
Assess & Plan
We walk the property with you, identify the paver type and its condition, and map exactly what the job needs before we quote it.
Deep Clean
Pressure clean the whole surface, then turbo-clean every joint to clear mold, weeds, and old residue.
Reset Joints
Blow out the old joint sand, then re-sand the joints so they are full and stable before a drop of sealer goes down.
The Seal
The right sealer for your surface, applied at the rate the surface calls for, only once it is ready and the forecast gives it time to cure before rain.
The Cure
We give the seal its full cure window before normal use, and on pool decks we add a non-slip additive so the finish is never slick. Clear walk-on and drive-on times, in writing.
Final Walk
We inspect the cured result with you and leave you a surface built to last two to three years.

No. On pool decks and walkways we add a non-slip additive to the sealer, so you get the rich sealed look without a slick surface.
